Guitar tutor prototype (version 2)

We finally integrated our circuit to an actual guitar. We mounted the arduino board on the guitar capo. The softpot sensors went between the strings and the neck of the guitar.

We had to cut at the sides of the softpot sensor since they were coming in contact with the strings.

Next, we stuck the LED strip in the front facing side of the guitar capo and managed to complete the circuit using a breadboard.

We colorcoded each of the softpot sensors with a paper marker. The idea is that the LED tells the next string to be pressed by the index of the LED, while its color tells which fret should be pressed at next. The final result is in the video linked below.
